I strive for you to be happy with your products and will gladly accept returns to your original form of payment or in-store credit within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and original packaging. Product that has been opened, played with, or is otherwise in used condition cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders can be canceled within the first 2 hours of purchase as long as your order has not yet shipped.

To request a return, please fill out my CONTACT FORM or email  LAUREN@FIBERANDFABLES.COM with your order number and reason for return. Please do not mail your items until you receive an email response to confirm return eligibility. Once the return is received, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt, and if your return is in the required unused condition, you will receive your refund to your original payment method or in-store credit. Depending on your bank, refunds may take several days to post. Please wait a reasonable amount of time before contacting us if you have not received your refund yet.
